1. Event Admission:

  • All guests must adhere to the specified age restrictions for each event. If there are no age restrictions specified, then events will always be 18+ years old.

  • Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry.

  • Omega Events reserves the right to deny entry, refund options, and evict any individual upon breach of the terms and conditions.

2. Ticketing:

  • All tickets are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.

  • Resale of tickets is allowed, however Omega Events is not responsible for any consequences that may come from this. Always buy from our website.

 

3. Event Rules and Conduct:

  • Attendees must follow event rules, including dress code and behavior guidelines.

  • Disorderly conduct and/or intoxication may result in eviction without refund.

  • Weapons, illegal substances, bribery, and outside food/beverages are strictly prohibited.

  • Smoking or Vaping is not allowed indoors.

 

4. Security and Safety:

  • Security personnel may be present to ensure the safety of all attendees.

  • Bag checks or security screenings may be conducted.

  • Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings; Omega Events is not liable for lost or stolen items.

 

5. Event Changes:

  • Omega Events reserves the right to modify event details, including date, venue, lineup, and schedule.

  • In case of event cancellation, Omega Events will provide refunds or rescheduling options as applicable.

 

6. Privacy and Data Handling:

  • Omega Events may collect and process personal data for business-related purposes.

  • By purchasing any ticket from our website you agree to become a Subscriber.

  • Attendees may receive event updates, tickets, and promotional materials via email. Subscribers can opt-out at any time.

 

7. Liability:

  • Attendees assume all risks and liabilities associated with attending the event.

  • Omega Events is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage.

  • By purchasing a ticket you release Omega Events and its affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities.

  • Attendees must comply with all local laws and regulations while attending the event.

  • Omega Events will cooperate with law enforcement if required.
